- Parking is available for 2 vehicles beside the cabin and possibly 1 or 2 more in the gravel area.

- The hot tub is regularly serviced and cleaned for each guest, but it may take some time to heat up before use.
- The gas grill is currently unavailable; a charcoal grill is provided instead. Guests must provide their own charcoal.
- Most of the TVs feature Roku services.
Safety and Emergency Information
- Security cameras are installed at the front door and parking area, facing outdoors.
- Wildlife encounters may occur in or near your rental. Dispose of garbage in the designated bear bin provided outside.
- No refunds will be issued for wildlife-related issues. Contact the host for exterminator services if needed during your stay.
Other Important Information
- There may be light noise due to construction of a new house nearby.
- The back porch firepit is currently non-operational and will be removed due to new STR regulations. A wood fire pit is available for use on the property.
- Lawn care may be performed periodically between now and September. The landscaper will only work outside.
